Who I am

I grew into engineering by following how work moves.

I am Ayoub Mahdoudou, an industrial engineer based in Casablanca. I am most engaged when I can move between the field, the data, and the people who use the final solution.

My first internship taught me to observe a production line and understand every handoff. My second showed me how clearer workflows and better information can help a commercial team. In aviation, those lessons came together: process understanding, quality, supply chain, software, and decision support all became part of one mission.

I do not see technology as the destination. I use it to make work easier to understand, decisions easier to defend, and operations easier to improve.

CAMO cost & airworthiness intelligence

Fleet Digital Twin

Operational records from AD Software and Excel were converted into a governed Flask application. The system separates extraction, PBH calculation logic, aircraft history, reporting, and presentation so every critical result can be tested.

One governed view of operational spend

Supply Chain Cost Intelligence

Disconnected purchase, freight, and customs files were redesigned as a dimensional model. Power Query governs transformation, DAX defines reusable measures, and synchronized filters preserve one operational definition of cost.

The supply chain process was decomposed into measurable phases, then rebuilt as an exception management system. It connects order priority, ETA performance, buyer workload, phase lead time, and management review.

Real-Time Fleet Status

A Node.js service polls the Smartsheet REST API, normalizes aircraft status, and streams changes to browser clients through Server-Sent Events. The result replaces repeated manual checks with a live operational view.

Prototype extension

West Africa Fleet Planning

A prototype platform explores how fleet data can support planning beyond status reporting. It combines a Three.js operational interface, availability analysis, maintenance limits, a twelve-month Gantt plan, PDF reporting, and natural-language assistance.

This was the moment my interests came together. Working close to aviation operations, I learned to listen to CAMO and Supply Chain teams, understand the pressure behind their decisions, and turn fragmented information into tools they could trust.
